EMMERDALE'S Natalie J Robb joked about her steamy sex life with co-star Jonny McPherson after her secret lockdown romance was revealed.

The Moira Barton actress opened up about her relationship with the Liam Cavanagh star on Wednesday's Loose Women.

Natalie said the relationship "just kind of evolved" after the Emmerdale pair grew closer on a charity trip - which led to their first date in January.

While Natalie alluded to a few fights as they locked down together, she joked making up was great.

She said: "We've had a few wobbles, I'm not going to lie... but the making up was fantastic.

"We're very compatible, but he does leave lids off everything and doors open. He just leaves doors open, that's about it.

"We kind of gave each other space, we did our daily exercise. I've got a dog, which he's very fond of, so we took turns doing that. Luckily it's worked."

Natalie explained how their first date was in January and they continued to see each other through February.

But when the government announced the lockdown, the pair decided to bunker up together.

The star then went on to explain how they grew close during a charity to Lapland.

She said: "We just kind of evolved. We did a charity where you go out with children who have cancer and you take them to Lapland.

"We were on that, and it's a day trip, so you're there and back in a day, and from then on we just sort of got to know each other better.

"I've worked with him and things, but I've got to know him better and just went on from there. A few text messages and things like that.. We went out for a meal and the rest is history."

The couple started romance rumours when they appeared on a Zoom call with their Emmerdale co-stars to celebrate the birthday of their co-star Liam Fox (Dan Spencer).
